These Sussex sparkling wine truffles are hand dipped and decorated truffles made with award-winning wines from Sussex Vineyards.

First they make a milk chocolate and fresh cream ganache before carefully blending with the sparkling wine. The result is a deliciously fruity, smooth centre in a crisp chocolate shell. Each truffle is dipped in either milk or dark chocolate and hand decorated.
